Hilary 'Hilde' Rochau is a U.S. Navy veteran who experienced the demands of the military on both mental and physical levels. Often ignoring pain or symptoms, she began to seek alternative treatments outside of limiting medicine and therapies that would allow her to heal without impeding on her responsibilities.

Acupuncture became the medicine that not only supported wellness, but also gave her an understanding of the profound effects that a mind-body-spirit connection has in its relationship to healing.

Since then, she spent five years learning the medicine and has earned both a master’s and 

Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, CA.  She believes that the integration of holistic and Western medicine is the future of healthcare and optimal health.
